Enterprise House

The project involved demolition of the existing Enterprise House building in Blackrock, Co.Dublin and the construction of a new five-storey office block over undercroft and basement car park. The works included all site enabling and demolition works, full M&E installation and a shell and core CAT A fit-out for the Client. The project provides both open-plan and cellular office space in a much sought after South County Dublin location. The works included phased handovers as well as temporary and enabling works necessary to complete the project GFA 8,000 m2 approx.
