Dundrum Town Centre (DTC) is located on the south side of Dublin just inside the M50 orbital motorway. It opened in 2005 and has become Ireland’s top-performing shopping centre. DTC is a large retail-led mixed-use investment extending to 124,774 sq m anchored by leading international retailers including House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer, Penneys and Tesco in the main centre. Harvey Nichols and Hamleys lead a strong aspirational retail offer around the Mill Pond area, now the centre of a lively and thriving evening economy which includes one of the top-performing multiplex cinemas in Europe (“Movies@Dundrum”), the award-winning boutique Mill Theatre, as well as 35 restaurants and 2 bars. 10,684 sq m of office accommodation (anchored by Royal Sun Alliance) and 3,300 car spaces complete the DTC mix.
