The demolition of existing buildings and construction of 4 office blocks with associated restaurant use along with a multi-storey car park with raised pedestrian link to Terminal 2 Multi-storey Carpark. Other features include a single storey café pavilion and hard and soft landscaping features, including the provision of a new City Square and City Gardens.
The purpose of the application was to provide for a high-quality office development at this underutilised brownfield location within Dublin Airport which will stimulate further economic development in Fingal and support the overall development of the airport and public transport infrastructure at this location.
