BlackPitts Student Accommodation

The Blackpitts Student Accommodation development was built on the Blackpitts site in Dublin 8 which was once home to a craftwork and malting house in the south of the city, for BAM property. The facility houses 296-bed spaces, with 48 cluster flats across 12,000m2 of internal space. This new development consists of a 7 storey building of student accommodation clusters comprising of individual bedrooms with ensuites linked via a corridor to a common living/kitchen area and Student Support areas on the ground floor including a laundry, library etc.
