Abbey Street

The proposed mixed-use development at Abbey Street Upper & Great Strand Street will provide for two hotels and two retail units. The scheme once constructed will consist of a 9 storey (with 7th and 8th-floor level setback) over basement aparthotel fronting Great Strand Street, comprising 265 bedrooms and the proposed hotel comprising 239 rooms. Both hotels will include related hotel/aparthotel facilities including reception areas, coffee docks, staff accommodation etc.
