Our team of more than one hundred specialist consultants work with some of the largest companies in the world, guiding their decisions and making their strategies a reality.

With a broad and deep knowledge base, we make every decision guided by our core values. At Catalyst, our organisational culture is something which we do not take for granted. Eoin Leonard
Chief Executive Officer
Eoin is the CEO and founder at Catalyst. As well as leading the strategic development of Catalyst and obi, Eoin works closely with the leadership team across all aspects from organisational development to growth. Eoin also works closely with clients, placing significant emphasis on continual client engagement and feedback. Eoin holds an MBA, as well as several other technical and project management qualifications. In 2018, Eoin was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year.
Lola Ade-Onojobi
Chief People Officer
Lola is Chief People Officer at Catalyst and brings 25+ years of HR leadership expertise gained across consulting, start-up, and multinational companies. She is focused on developing Catalyst’s people strategy to create an exceptional employee experience through culture, capability, and organisational excellence.
Jack Dinneen
Head of SaaS Operations
Jack is the Head of SaaS Operations at Catalyst and Obi. Responsible for the growth of the obi business, Jack works closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure obi continues to meet the ever-growing needs of the construction and property markets.
Raymond Coppinger
Chief Marketing Officer
Ray is Chief Marketing Officer at Catalyst, bringing 15+ years of expertise in building marketing teams in high growth companies. In his role, Ray is focused on helping grow the Catalyst brand and drive demand for our products and services.
Cormac Meaney
Chief Integration Officer
Cormac is Chief Integration Officer at Catalyst and he brings 20 years’ experience in a wide range of design, construction and project management roles in Ireland and Central & Eastern Europe.
David Wallace
Chief Commercial Officer
David is Chief Commercial Officer at Catalyst, bringing many years of experience from the high-performing world of professional sport as well as commercial management. In his role, David is driving the commercial growth of our suite of services and software.
Sandra Fives
Chief Strategy Officer
Sandra is Director of ESG Strategy at Catalyst and brings +10 years experience in the energy and sustainability sector.

Kieran is Chief Financial Officer, a delivery focussed finance professional who brings extensive leadership experience to the finance, legal, commercial, technology and facilities functions at Catalyst.
