As a major mixed-use development located in the heart of Dublin, this project comprises both high-density residential apartments and commercial buildings across several blocks, and muti-storey basement car parking. Spanning five acres, the build involved creating a central square and several new streets and communal areas designed to knit the new public realm and buildings together.
Unsurprisingly, the scale of the development presented challenges in terms of design, construction and delivery, ensuring compliance also with the interdependent requirements of the multiple regulatory bodies and stakeholders involved in this complex project.
